Frequently asked questions
- How does my listing go public?
- After signing up and verifying your email, your basic listing (company name, address, email) appears in the directory right away. Your full listing — with phone, WhatsApp, logo, photos and categories — goes live as soon as payment is received.
- Do I need to pay to sign up?
- No. Registration and the basic listing are free. Payment is only needed when you want the full listing with your contact details, logo and photos shown.
- How do clients find me?
- Clients share their location, and we show contractors whose coverage area includes that location — sorted by distance. That's why it matters to set your coverage radius accurately.
