Renomax Hub is a directory. We connect clients with contractors and equipment rental suppliers in Malaysia.

We are not a party to any contract between client and contractor. We do not perform work, do not recommend any specific contractor, do not hold payment for work, and do not take a commission from work obtained through this site.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Information you provide must be true — including business name, phone number, location and coverage area.
• Your email must be verified before your listing is visible to the public.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
• One business, one account. Duplicate listings will be removed.

Registration is free. Once your email is verified, your basic listing — company name, address and email only — appears in the public directory at no cost. Phone, WhatsApp, logo, work photos, categories and badges are shown on the full listing, which becomes active after payment is received — a Silver subscription costs RM 99 per year.

When your subscription ends and payment isn’t renewed, your listing reverts to a basic listing (other details are hidden). Your data stays intact — the full listing reappears as soon as payment is received.

Payment is for listing, not a guarantee of a certain number of leads. The number of leads depends on your area, category, profile completeness, and actual demand in that area.

Fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law. We may change pricing in the future; changes only take effect on your next subscription renewal.

The “Verified” badge means we have received and reviewed the company registration document submitted by the contractor.

It is not a guarantee of work quality, skill, pricing, or conduct. It means one thing only: the business exists as a registered entity. Clients still need to use their own judgment.

You retain ownership of photos, logos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to display them on this site and in search results.

You warrant that the content belongs to you and that you have the right to use it.

Strictly prohibited:

• Photos of someone else’s work claimed as your own.
• False information about services, licences or experience.
• Offensive, deceptive content, or content that violates others’ rights.

Leads you receive contain the client’s personal information. Use it only to respond to that inquiry. Using it for bulk marketing, selling it, or handing it to a third party is a serious violation.

Do not send fake inquiries, do not create fake accounts, and do not attempt to manipulate search rankings.

We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms, receive verified serious complaints, or provide false information.

Where possible, we will notify you and give you a chance to explain. For serious matters — fraud, or danger to clients — we will act first.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Work is carried out directly between you and the contractor. We are not responsible for work quality, delays, damage, price disputes, or any loss arising from work arranged through this site.

We try to ensure information on this site is accurate, but contractor information is entered by contractors themselves and we do not verify every detail.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.
